Selasa, 11 April 2023 Bidang Publikasi Ilmiah, Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (BPI LPPM) Universitas Ahmad Dahlan (UAD) mengadakan kegiatan workshop dengan tema: Kick OffProgram 50 Jurnal UAD Menuju Scopus yang bertempat di Grand Rohan Jogja Lt. 9. Acara ini dilaksanakan dalam rangka untuk memajukan jurnal di lingkungan Universitas Ahmad Dahlan agar dapat memenuhi persyaratan terindeks pada scopus. Kegiatan ini turut mengundang Alfian Ma’arif S.T., M.Eng dan Andri Pranolo S.Kom., M.Cs sebagai pembicara acara workshop ini. Kegiatan ini turut dihadiri oleh 51 jurnal di lingkungan Universitas Ahmad Dahlan.
Acara dimulai dengan pembukaan oleh MC, dilanjutkan dengan menyanyikan lagu Indonesia Raya, Mars Muhammadiyah, dan Mars UAD, serta pembacaan kalam illahi. Kemudian Prof. Dr. Rully Charitas Indra Prahmana S.Si., M.Pd. selaku Kepala Bidang Publikasi Ilmiah LPPM UAD memberikan sambutan istimewa di mana beliau menyampaikan bahwa jurnal UAD tahun ini akan difokuskan pada indeks scopus, dengan target minimal satu jurnal UAD terindeks scopus. Setelah itu, Bu Yosi Wulandari, M.Pd. sebagai moderator memandu acara inti, dan sebelum itu dilakukan sesi dokumentasi. Pada acara inti, terdapat sharing seesion tentang topik-topik terkait tips sukses jurnal terindeks scopus dan sosialisasi program menuju scopus. Peserta acara juga diberikan kesempatan untuk bertanya dan berdiskusi dengan para narasumber.
Acara ini dimulai dengan penyajian materi dari Bapak Alfian Ma’arif S.T., M.Eng dengan tema Tips Sukses Jurnal Terindeks Scopus. Beliau menjelaskan tips-tips untuk mendapatkan jurnal yang terindeks scopus, mulai dari awal mengirimkan 1000 email, mencari editor dan autor menggunakan zimbra, penggunakan referensi dalam jurnal, hingga kelengkapan website. Beliau menyampaikan tips-tips tersebut dengan rinci dan diselingi dengan diskusi bersama audiens. Selanjutnya, pemaparan materi disampaikan oleh Bapak Andri Pranolo S.Kom., M.Cs dengan tema Sosialisasi Program Menuju Scopus. Beliau menjelaskan mengenai program-program yang diadakan untuk mendukung jurnal UAD menuju scopus. Program yang beliau rencanakan adalah berupa laporan yang dilaksanakan satu kali setiap minggu dengan koordinator yang akan mempresentasikan hasil laporan dari masing-masing kelompok, bagi kelompok yang tidak komitmen akan dikenakan sanksi berupa jurnal akan di takedown. Sesuai pemaparan materi, peserta diberikan kesempatan untuk membentuk kelompok serta membahas mengenai penentuan koordinator, sekretaris, hingga pengaturan jadwal dilakukan secara luring atau daring. Dan acara ditutup dengan kegiatan Buka Bersama.
Diharapkan dengan adanya acara Workshop dengan tema : Kick Off Program 50 Jurnal UAD Menuju Scopus, dapat mengembangkan jurnal-jurnal di lingkungan UAD untuk terindeks scopus. Semoga setelah terlaksananya kegiatan ini semuanya penuh berkah dan manfaat bagi kita semua. Aamiin…
workshop of 50 journals towards scopus WORKSHOP OF 50 JOURNALS TOWARDS SCOPUS
On Tuesday, April 11, 2023, Bidang Publikasi Ilmiah, Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (BPI LPPM) Universitas Ahmad Dahlan (UAD), held workshop with the theme: Kick Off Program 50 Journal UAD to Scopus, which is located in Grand Rohan Jogja Lt. 9. This event is carried out in order to advance the journal in the Universitas Ahmad Dahlan environment to meet the requirements indexed in the scopus. The event was also invited by Alfian Ma’arif S.T., M.Eng., and Andri Pranolo S.Kom, M.Cs., as the speakers of this workshop. The event was attended by 51 journals at Universitas Ahmad Dahlan.
The event began with the opening by the MC and continued with the singing of Indonesian Raya songs, Mars Muhammadiyah, and Mars UAD, as well as the reading the holy Qur’an. Then Prof. Dr. Rully Charitas Indra Prahmana S.Si., M.Pd., as Head of Scientific Publications LPPM UAD, gave a special welcome in which he said that the UAD journal this year will be focused on the Scopus index, with a target of at least one UAD magazine indexed in Scopus. After that, Yosi Wulandari, M.Pd., as a moderator, directed the core event, and before that, a documentation session was conducted. At the core event, there is a sharing session on topics related to the success tips of journals indexed in Scopus and the socialization program towards Scopus. Participants were also given the opportunity to ask questions and discuss them with the speaker.
The event began with the presentation of material from Alfian Ma’arif, S.T., M.Eng., with the theme “Success Tips Journal Index Scopus”. He explained the tips for getting journals indexed in Scopus, from the beginning of sending 1000 emails, searching for editors and authors using Zimbra, using references in the journal, to the completeness of websites. He delivers these tips in detail and delineates them with discussion with the audience. Next, the delivery of material was submitted by Andri Pranolo, S.Kom., M.Cs., with the theme “Socialization Program Towards Scopus”. He explained about the programs held to support the journal UAD towards scopus. The program he planned is a report that is carried out once a week with a coordinator who will present the results of the reports from each group. Groups that do not commit will be subject to sanctions in the form of journals being taken down. According to the delivery of material, participants are given the opportunity to form groups and discuss the appointment of coordinators and secretaries until the schedule arrangement is done offline or online. The event closed with breaking the fast together.
